Capital One Auto Finance, one of America’s largest loan services companies, honored five ADESA auctions recently for their efforts, and ADESA Charlotte was presented the number one Auction of the Year award. The regional awards were given to the following auctions: ADESA Seattle, ADESA San Diego, ADESA Tulsa, ADESA Concord and ADESA Knoxville.
Based on volumes of sold vehicles, performance, retention and physical sales, Capital One Auto Finance divided auctions in the United States where the company conducts business into six regions. Of those six regions, ADESA auctions won in five.
“What a great honor it is to be recognized with such tremendous awards from one of the remarketing industry’s top financial companies,” said Don Harris, chief operating officer for ADESA. “We’re extremely proud of all of these employees who continue to provide Capital One with outstanding customer service.”
The inaugural presentation of the Capital One Auto Finance Auction Awards took place during the National Auto Auction Association annual convention and meeting last month in Salt Lake City.
Separately, Capital One Auto Finance recognized ADESA Charlotte Fleet/Lease employee Greg Campbell as the national auction coordinator for 2003. Campbell received this honor for providing outstanding customer service to the employees of Capital One. Campbell received his award on October 30 before ADESA Charlotte kicked off its weekly sale.
