Schulte has a strong track record of growth-focused executive leadership at leading Fortune 500 brands such as General Motors and Danaher, most recently serving as the Group President of the Mechanical Products and Solutions division at Atkore International, according to the company.
"As Safe Fleet grows it is necessary to evolve our organizational structure to support the successful execution of our strategic initiatives," said John Knox, chairman and CEO.
Schulte joined the company shortly after the March 5 announcement. Safe Fleet is based in Belton, Missouri.
