Chad Roberts was named fleet manager for Tucows supporting its Ting gigabit fiber-optic division, which delivers fixed fiber Internet access. Tucows is a provider of network access, mobile technology services, domain names and other Internet services. 

Prior to this, Roberts was manager of fleet administration for Gordon Food Service in Grand Rapids, Mich., where he worked for 23 years, of which 19 years were spent managing the company fleet.

While at Gordon Food Service he supervised and managed the fleet programs for all U.S. locations, which included a field-based and executive fleet of 1,600 leased passenger and light trucks.
