Remarketing Solutions opened its new Customer Care Center in Nashville on Oct. 8. The 28,800-square-foot building houses 20 customer care agents who will handle call volume for Inspection Solution’s retail and commercial clients. Inspection Solution is the division of Remarketing Solutions that provides a variety of vehicle inspections nationwide. With the opening of the new Customer Care Center, Remarketing Solutions has closed its Austin, TX, call center. That operation has been moved to the Nashville Center, which is nearly four times the size of the Austin building and located about one-half mile from Remarketing Solutions’ headquarters. Training for the agents began on Oct. 1, a week before the opening of the center. The Customer Care agents currently schedule end-of-lease inspections for commercial clients nationwide, which include banks, finance companies, and manufacturers. They also schedule vehicle inspections for retail consumers nationwide that wish to have their vehicles inspected before buying or selling them. Danielle Conner and Jason Keeler have been named supervisors. Conner, who has been with Re-marketing Services for two years, previously served as a supervisor at Remarketing Solutions’ Austin call center. Keeler joins the company with several years of experience in managing customer care centers.
