Stacy Clark has been added to the fleet team at Polestar, reported Dennis Craig, head of fleet at Polestar NA. “Clark is a much-needed addition to our team who will be responsible for managing the daily order management of all fleet designated inventory in the North American market,” Craig said.

Clark is the internal quarterback liaising with Polestar’s Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure timely handover and distribution of fleet units. Clark will support the end-to-end process from order creation through to the financial reconciliation of our fleet partners.

Polestar Announces Commercial Handover Partners

Polestar also announced partnerships with Manheim and Ready Logistics to simplify its commercial handover process.

“With 90+ Manheim facilities around the country, we now have a strong network of drop ships to get vehicles to your clients faster,” Craig said. “Manheim will do a quality check at their facilities, charge the car, and use Ready Logistics to deliver direct to your client's home or office at no additional cost to you or your clients.”

Updates to addresses will be loaded into the Fleet Order Portal soon. In the meantime, Polestar will communicate the addresses manually during the transition.

New Dealer Out of Stock Program

Finally, for Polestar clients needing to purchase a Polestar 2 out of stock, Polestar has created a retail program giving fleet partners a $1,000 incentive off MSRP for dealer inventory. Clients are encouraged to work directly with the dealers to take advantage of this program.
