SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval has launched significant enhancements to PHH InterActive, the company’s secure business-to-business website.
PHH experts worked closely with a cross-section of clients from its Client Advisory Board to develop and refine the new features of the site, which include a redesigned look-and-feel, easier log-in, and enhanced navigation to help clients locate important information quickly and execute critical tasks more efficiently. The site is now easier to use, especially for clients who are new or infrequent users.
The enhancements to PHH InterActive represent the continuation of a project that began with the redesign of the Dashboards, which PHH introduced in Phase 1 in September 2010.
“Our Phase 2 launch is an exciting milestone because it makes it even easier for our clients to draw upon the wealth of information stored in PHH InterActive, the fleet industry’s most comprehensive data warehouse,” said Rob McFeaters, PHH Arval’s chief information officer. “Our objective is to improve the customer experience and we are confident these enhancements will achieve that goal. Our clients asked us for specific features – we listened, and we delivered.”
PHH was one of the first companies to introduce Dashboard technology to the fleet industry and remains a leading innovator in the successful application of technology to optimize vehicle management on behalf of clients. PHH will roll out additional enhancements to PHH InterActive beginning in the third quarter of this year.
