SPARKS, MD — PHH Arval has received the 14th Annual CIO Enterprise Value Award in the Management Services category. The CIO Awards program, sponsored by CIO Magazine, honors organizations that have achieved business value through the innovative use of information technology. PHH Arval received the award for its Notification Service, an enterprise application that enables intelligent routing of communications to fleet managers and drivers. Fleet managers can have the notifications customized for their fleets and select the appropriate method and format for receiving information. The system also utilizes fail-safes that automatically detect messages that do not reach their intended recipients and re-routes and resends them. PHH’s Notification Service is currently used in registration renewals, motor vehicle records, driver mileage reporting, online vehicle ordering, and preventive maintenance.
