PHH Arval Receives Bronze Stevie in 2013 American Business Awards
The company earned the recognition for its PHH InterActive for Drivers mobile app.
PHH Arval, a leading fleet management services provider, received a Bronze Stevie Award from The 2013 American Business Awards in the Business-to-Business Marketing Category. The company earned the recognition for its PHH InterActive for Drivers mobile app.
The app empowers and meets the needs of drivers who spend little time in the office – providing them with the ability to submit and view mileage reports, report lost or stolen service cards, retrieve PINs and view vehicle and service card information. It also includes an auto-generated prompted to-do list for common driver tasks and a GPS-enabled supplier locator.
“We are honored to once again be recognized by the American Business Awards,” said Dave Zuidema, PHH Arval senior vice president, Customer Experience. “Launching the InterActive for Drivers mobile app was an opportunity for PHH to combine two of our top priorities, delivering best-in-class customer service and utilizing the latest technology to benefit our clients.” In 2012 PHH Arval was awarded a Bronze Stevie for the company’s campaign entitled, “Creating the Customer Experience.”
Historically drivers would have to access PHH InterActive for Drivers from a computer, often a challenge for people who spend most of their workday behind the wheel. Through the mobile app, users can complete work-related tasks without making a special trip to the office.
The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
