PHH Arval Names McClelland and Watkins Vice Presidents
George J. Kilroy, president and CEO of PHH Arval, has announced the appointments of Drew McClelland and Debra C. Watkins to vice president, business development. Drew McClelland, vice president, business development, joined PHH in 1988. Based in Southern California, he served as director of strategic accounts for six years prior to this promotion. He has been instrumental in PHH’s market share growth and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. Before joining PHH, McClelland was branch manager for Ryder Systems, He is a member of the NAFA Pacific Southwest chapter, where he has held the position of affiliates chairperson. Debra C. Watkins, vice president, business development, joined PHH in 1974. Her career has involved a wide variety of increasingly responsible positions, including PHH’s Center for Analysis & Research, information management systems department, client relations, client technology services, the mergers and acquisition team, and most recently, business development. She is a graduate of Towson State University in Maryland, with an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
