SPARKS, MD — PHH Arval has introduced the PHH InterActive Dashboard, an information management tool aimed to simplify fleet management reporting. This tool summarizes information drawn from the fleet management company’s data warehouse and presents it in clear charts and graphs.

According to PHH, the PHH InterActive Dashboard:

• Provides three years of comprehensive information on key performance indicators and fleet expenses.
  

• Provides access to fleet billing, inventory, and fuel purchases, with vehicle ordering and used-vehicle sales information available by the end of the year in this first release.
  

• Allows users to view their data using a variety of filters and choose to see information on their entire fleets or subsets.
  

• Enables divisional and regional managers who have access to PHH InterActive to see their own divisions’ Dashboards.

  PHH estimates that Dashboard will save fleet managers at least 24 hours per month in downloading, summarizing, and analyzing fleet data. Clients who have been beta-testing the new capability cite the benefits of having summarized information immediately available; the ease of communicating this information to senior managers and individual business units; and the ability to simplify quarterly, semiannual, and annual fleet review preparation.
