SPARKS, MD — PHH Arval’s Vehicle Accident Services division recently achieved Gold Class Professionals Accreditation from the Inter Industry Conference on Automotive Repairs (I-CAR). This specialized knowledge enhances PHH technicians’ abilities to assess claims and negotiate repairs on behalf of PHH clients whose fleet drivers have been involved in vehicle accidents, reducing costs and increasing driver productivity. I-CAR training professionals provided over 900 hours of on-site training to PHH’s damage specialists and generalists in intensive courses that began in March 2005 and concluded in June. PHH’s technicians, all of whom are already ASE-certified, acquired comprehensive information needed to repair the latest vehicle designs and structures. Having achieved the Gold Class level, PHH’s Vehicle Accident Services division is now pursuing the elite I-CAR Platinum accreditation.
