READING, PA - Penske Truck Leasing will host Discovery Forum 2010, a series of free, educational open houses for commercial fleet owners and fleet managers, in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia starting Aug. 17.
READING, PA - Penske Truck Leasing will host Discovery Forum 2010, a series of free, educational open houses for commercial fleet owners and fleet managers, in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia throughout August. Other Discovery Forum dates at locations across North America will be announced in the near future.
"These sessions are being held in response to a continued strengthening within the regional and national trucking and logistics sectors," said Penske's Chris Anderholm, Carolinas Area vice president. "Commercial truck fleets need to prepare for growth again as the economy rebounds and to be able to respond to key industry issues related to fleet financing and greater environmental and safety regulations."
Penske's Certified Transportation Professionals and other fleet experts and key vendors and suppliers will be on hand to discuss a wide range of topics ranging from the latest engine technologies, preventive maintenance programs, finance options, EPA's SmartWay Transport Partnership, onboard fleet technologies, fuel management, safety insights on the new CSA 2010 program, and other topics of interest to today's fleet owners and managers.
