ATLANTA – Atlanta-based LeasePlan USA, a vehicle leasing and fleet management solutions company, has signed a two-year contract with Atlanta-based Pathbuilders, Inc., in partnership with Executrack, to develop its top female talent through a custom leadership development series.
LeasePlan USA’s senior leadership team initiated a pilot program in 2006 to create a strong internal network among female employees, inspire women to take charge in planning their careers, and increase the visibility of women throughout the organization.
“We are excited to continue our engagement with LeasePlan by delivering the second phase of this customized leadership program to its female employees,” said Helene Lollis, president of Pathbuilders. “The company is clearly demonstrating an ongoing commitment to the advancement of women in the organization.”
The participants in the Women’s Professional Development Series are from all levels of the organization. The program is comprised of interactive educational seminars, discussion forums, and networking opportunities. The two-year contract consists of two, eight-month sessions with 30 to 40 women in each session.
The custom curriculum designed by Pathbuilders provides a strengths assessment, as well as training in personal branding, internal marketing, job enrichment, organizational culture, and career planning. LeasePlan USA’s senior management team will participate in various panels, as well.
“One of LeasePlan’s key strategic objectives for 2008 is to invest in and develop our people, and the program that Pathbuilders provides assists us in meeting that goal,” said David Dahm, president and CEO of LeasePlan USA.
