Pennsylvania Auto Dealers Exchange (PADE) won the national Top Performing Auction 2003 award from Remarketing Services of America, Inc. (RSA). PADERSA’s National Quality Control Program (NQCP) annually tracks effectiveness and performance of vehicle auctions. The NQCP ranks auctions according to several categories, including sales effectiveness, operational effectiveness, marketing, and on-site preparation. Carolina Aucto Auction of Anderson, South Carolina, was ranked No. 3 in the nation for RSA for the second time in three years RSA provides strategic vehicle remarketing, lease maturity management, titles management, and customer loyalty programs to major banks, auto manufacturers, and other automotive financial institutions to enhance portfolio performance. RSA hopes to sell more than 106,000 vehicles at auction by year-end.
