National Logistics Executive Signs Stock Purchase Agreement
PHOENIX– Kamble Company Transportation Services announced that Tim Pague, president and CEO, recently signed an agreement with company founder Byron K. Lee to acquire the stock of the company.
PHOENIX– Kamble Company Transportation Services, headquartered in Phoenix, announced that Tim Pague, president and CEO, recently signed an agreement with company founder Byron K. Lee to acquire the stock of the company. Tim Pague joined Kamble in February 2006 as COO and assumed full operating responsibility for Kamble as of Jan.1.
Kamble is a national full-service transportation logistics firm, with more than 25 years of operational experience in truck-load transportation of produce, refrigerated and general commodities.
Kamble currently has offices in Arizona, Massachusetts, Maine, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, Texas, and Florida. Their Eastern divisional office was opened earlier this year in Amherst, Va. Kamble has scheduled to open its Central divisional office in St. Louis in the beginning of 2008.
