NAFA Elects New Board of Trustees

ISELIN, NJ – The National Association of Fleet Administrators, Inc. (NAFA), announced the election of its 2006 Board of Trustees.

ISELIN, NJ – The National Association of Fleet Administrators, Inc. (NAFA), announced the election of its 2006 Board of Trustees.

Charles A. Gibbens, Jr., automotive fleet manager for the County of Henrico Va., was re-elected president of NAFA’s Board of Trustees. He was a combat arms officer with the U.S. Army’s Armor branch and retired a lieutenant colonel after 21 years of military service. A charter member of NAFA’s Old Dominion Chapter, he has served on numerous committees as both vice chair and chair. In addition, Gibbens was the chair of NAFA’s Alternative Fuels Committee, vice chair for NAFA’s Board of Delegates, NAFA’s treasurer, vice president, and senior vice president.

Gayle Pratt is serving a second term as senior vice president of NAFA’s Board of Trustees. She is fleet manager, global operations with Ecolab Inc. She has served NAFA for many years on the national level as chair of multiple committees, treasurer, and vice president. An accomplished author for the fleet industry, Pratt has developed and presented several education seminars on fleet and business management.
