NAFA Canadian Fleet Conference 2007 to be Held Sept. 18 in Toronto
TORONTO, CANADA -- The NAFA Canadian Fleet Conference 2007 will premiere on Sept. 18 and run until Sept. 20 at the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel at the Toronto Airport.
TORONTO, CANADA -- The NAFA Canadian Fleet Conference 2007 will premiere on Sept. 18 and run until Sept. 20 at the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel at the Toronto Airport, according to the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA).
The three-day event features a one-day “Ride and Drive” with more than 100 models from 10 vehicle manufacturers, including specialty and utility vehicles. These vehicles will be available to test drive at Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto, followed by two days of interactive seminars at the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel at Toronto Airport. Seminars will cover topics such as alternative fuels, emerging technology, controlling fleet costs, performance measures, maintenance best practices, legislative updates, and vehicle remarketing.
The conference was planned for fleet professionals who cannot attend chapter meetings or NAFA’s annual FMI-LEG conference due to prohibitively long distances and/or international travel restrictions.
Registration to the Canadian Fleet Conference includes:
Bus transportation to and from the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel and Woodbine Racetrack for the Ride and Drive.
Attendance at the Ride & Drive, which runs from 10:00 to 4:00 on Tuesday, September 18, 2007, including lunch and a buffet dinner at Woodbine Racetrack at 6:00 pm.
2 days of seminars at the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel, September 19 and 20, 2007. Lunch and beverages for coffee breaks will be provided both days.
Trade show attendance at the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel, September 19th, including a cocktail reception from 5:00 to 7:00. The trade show will be set up outside the conference room, for attendees to visit throughout the day.
