NAFA Announces Regional Events for May & June

The regional meetups include an auction visit, equipment and vehicle showcases, and peer networking opportunities for fleet professionals across the U.S.

NAFA-The Fleet Management Association announces its regional events for May and June. 

NAFA Regions makes connecting with fellow fleet professionals easier, offering convenient local meetups and opportunities to build your network, exchange insights, and learn alongside peers.

While location determines member's primary Regions, NAFA membership in general allows flexibility to participate in any Regional or Local Networking Group event that sparks a member's interest. 

The following events are set to happen in the coming weeks:

NAFA Ohio – Manheim Auction Event

May 13, 2025 | 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

The event will start with Element fleet management company sharing details on resell and current market conditions. Afterwards the auction will provide a “Gate to Gavel” site tour. This will take you through the auction life of a vehicle from check-in, mechanic shop, body/paint shop, reconditioning shop and finally across the block. Lunch will be provided by Element.

Smart & Sustainable Mobility Showcase Philadelphia

May 13, 2025 | 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This FREE event will allow attendees to see the most recent and innovative vehicles, equipment, and technology from Québec, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), and the City of Philadelphia at the Navy Yard. Between these outstanding presentations, attendees can connect with one another and nurture relationships that can result in future investments and job creation for the region. 

Fleet Sustainability Expo New Jersey

May 14, 2025 | 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will host a showcase of the latest tech, equipment, and vehicles advancing sustainable fleets. Multiple companies will have booths or displays where attendees can ask questions about products. Come join fellow fleet professionals, learn about the latest trends, and connect with local fleets!

NAFA Michigan Retread Presentation & Tour

May 14, 2025 | 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Please join NAFA Michigan for an exciting presentation on the numerous benefits of commercial tire retreading for fleets at K&R Tire. The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company sponsors this event. The presentation will be followed by a tour of the facility, featuring the retreading process in action. The event will end with a follow-up Q&A session.

NYC Fleet Show – Equipment and Vehicle

May 15, 2025 | 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

NAFA looks forward to participating in the 36th Annual Equipment and Vehicle Show —come see us in the NAFA Booth! This show highlights vendors who support New York City’s Clean Fleet and Vision Zero initiatives and daily operations. Vendors will offer a wide array of products to improve vehicle safety!

NAFA Colorado Lunch and Learn

May 28, 2025 | 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

NAFA Colorado invites fleet managers to their first Lunch and Learn this year! This event will be hosted by Heidi Vilhauer, Director of Fleet Services, at the new Larimer County Fleet Maintenance Facility. We hope to see you there.

NAFA Southeast Region Virtual Wednesday Shout Out

The May Wednesday Shout Out is dedicated to providing NAFA members with time to connect, engage, brainstorm, and stay informed about the fleet industry and events happening in their area. This virtual session will allow you to ask your colleagues questions or seek advice, as well as learn about upcoming regional and local networking events.

NAFA Nation’s Capital First Thursday Fleet Forum

June 5, 2025 | 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

This is a time for fleet professionals to connect, engage, brainstorm, and stay informed about the fleet industry. It will also provide an opportunity to ask your colleagues questions or seek advice on issues you are dealing with and to learn of other opportunities to engage in your area. 

NAFA Northcentral Region: First Friday FANS (Fleet Area Networks) Coffee Break

June 6, 2025 | 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

Start your month off right (and every 1st Friday of each month after that) with an excellent virtual networking and collaborative opportunity for Fleet Professionals. Grab a coffee and expand your knowledge and network, ask questions of your peers, and learn about upcoming regional and local networking events.
