Mike Albert Fleet Solutions promoted Joe West to vice president of Business Development earlier this month, the Cincinnati-based fleet management company has announced.

Since joining Mike Albert in 2005, West has played a key role in growing the company's market share in the Pittsburgh and Baltimore/Washington D.C. markets. In his expanded role, he will lead a team in the Northeast and Atlantic Region driving growth, developing new talent and will be an integral part of the sales leadership team, according to the company.

"Joe has distinguished himself by consistently producing results and contributing to the development and evolution of our overall growth strategy," said Phil Schneider, senior VP of sales, marketing and customer service. "Joe's front line experience will be invaluable in differentiating ourselves from the competition and continuing our growth in these key markets."
