Vehicle logistics provider MetroGistics has hired Susan Moritz as vice president of business development. In this new position, she will be responsible for leading and growing the OEM and mega dealer business segments.
Moritz brings more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, including positions with Cox Automotive, Finance Express, KAR Auction Services and ADESA. Along with speaking appearances at NIADA and Used Car Week, she has published articles in Auto Remarketing and Used Car News. She was named a Women in Remarketing honoree by Auto Remarketing in 2016.
Since its founding in 2010, MetroGistics has grown significantly in staff and office space. Earlier this year the company acquired AmeriFleet to expand its portfolio of services to include driveaway, trucking, storage, title and registration, compliance and other fleet-related services.
"We are extremely pleased that Susan has joined our senior management team," said Scott Naz, co-founder and managing partner. "She has a well-earned reputation in the auto industry as a dynamic and creative leader, and will help take MetroGistics to new levels of success."
