Mel Pawlisz was named maintenance coordinator at Merchants Fleet Management in its Rosemont, Ill., office. He assumed this position in October 2017.
Prior to this, Pawlisz was delivery manager for Door to Door Organics responsible for the delivery of all company products, which included oversight of all drivers and the vehicle fleet. Preceding this, Pawlisz was fleet manager for Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning in Bedford Park, Ill., responsible for fleet operation of company-owned vehicles.
Earlier, Pawlisz was fleet manager for Culligan International from 2007 to 2009, where he managed day-to-day fleet operation with responsibilities for budget and order cycle replacement.
