MONTVALE, NJ – Mercedes-Benz previewed three of its 2013 models, the SL63 AMG, GL and GLK, at the 5th annual Motorexpo at the World Financial Center in New York City. The preview began on Sunday, September 16 and ran through Friday, September 21.

For 2013, Mercedes said its GL-Class is a seven-passenger luxury full-size SUV that features a number of measures designed to improve fuel efficiency while providing “first class comfort.” One of the new GL models for 2013 is the GL350 BlueTEC, which is powered by a turbodiesel V-6.

Next up was the entry-level 2013-MY GLK SUV, which the automaker said features a new 3.5L V-6 engine. The automaker also plans to bring a fuel-efficient four-cylinder diesel mode, the GLK250 BlueTEC, to the U.S. in early 2013.
