Mendon Announces Erik Asplund as CEO
With more than 100 years of experience in Europe and 65 years of experience in the U.S., Mendon Truck Leasing and Rental now has a new CEO to lead its network.

Erik Asplund attended the Unversity of Gothenburg and IHM Business School before beginning his professional career in the automotive industry.
Mendon Truck Leasing and Rental (Mendon) announced the appointment of its new CEO, Erik Asplund.
Mendon expressed confidence in Asplund, as he takes on the role with extensive experience in the industry and a proven track record of driving growth and success.
"I'm very excited to be joining such a rapidly growing company like Mendon & Petit Forestier," Asplund said. "I'm looking forward to representing our brands and helping to continually develop and refine our customer experience, our fleet offering, and our focus on sustainability as we expand our North American footprint. Being a wholly owned subsidiary of Petit Forestier, we're hoping to bring some of the applicable expertise to further our ambitions for growth over the coming years."
Asplund previously served as head of Head of Commercial Fleet and Rental for Volvo Car USA.
"With great teams on both sides of the Atlantic and a strong group behind us, I'm confident that we'll be able to deliver our customers 100% uptime and a white glove service for their fleets so they can focus on the growth of their core businesses," Asplund said. "Our key to growth is going to be our dedicated and loyal team."
