Manheim Announces Management Changes at Omaha Auto Auction

Manheim has announced that Todd Pfeifer has been promoted to auction manager at Omaha Auto Auction.

Manheim has announced that Todd Pfeifer has been promoted to auction manager at Omaha Auto Auction. He formerly served as assistant general manager. Korey Grell and Nicole Graham have been named assistant general managers. Grell most recently served as operations manager, and Graham as general sales manager.

“We made these management changes to ensure a seamless transition later this year when I retire,” said Hank Whitehead, who has served as general manager since 1996. He plans to retire Aug. 1. “Over the years, Omaha Auto Auction has established a solid reputation for high-quality service and performance among our customers, and I am confident that this management team will continue in that tradition. Todd, Korey and Nicole have proven themselves to be knowledgeable managers and effective leaders.”

Pfeifer joined Omaha Auto Auction in January 1988, working in inspections. In February 1989, he was named fleet/lease manager. Seven years later, he was promoted to business manager, and in October 2000, he was named assistant general manager.

Grell joined the facility in December 1990, working in the detail shop. In July 1995, he was promoted to manager of the detail shop. Grell was named assistant recon manager in December 1998, and operations manager in August 2001.

Graham joined Omaha Auto Auction in February 1998 as a dealer sales representative. Six months later, she was promoted to consignment manager. In August 1999, she was named sales manager, and in August 2000, general sales manager.
