Luppino Promoted to Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Manheim has announced that Joe Luppino has been promoted to vice president and chief technology officer. He previously served as vice president and chief operating officer of the Manheim Interactive division.
Manheim has announced that Joe Luppino has been promoted to vice president and chief technology officer. He previously served as vice president and chief operating officer of the Manheim Interactive division.
In his new position, Luppino will oversee operations of the company’s increasingly important technology department. He will also serve as a technology advisor to Manheim’s worldwide partners: Australia, Spain and the United Kingdom. He will report to Dean Eisner, president and chief executive officer of Manheim.
Luppino joined Cox Enterprises, Manheim’s parent company, in 1991 as vice president and general manager of Optical Data Corporation, an education publisher of multimedia products. In 1997, he was named vice president of operations for TeleCom Towers, where he was responsible for the operation and maintenance of telecommunications towers. Before joining Manheim Interactive in 2000 as vice president and chief operating officer, he served as Cox Enterprises’ executive director of marketing operations.
