SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio will soon gain a new automotive dealership that sells exclusively 100-percent electric cars and trucks, according to the San Antonio Business Journal. A new ZAP Cars of San Antonio dealership is opening inside Alamo City Auto Spa, a local automotive detailing and car wash shop.
The dealership, is owned by local orthodontist Robert “Tito” Norris. It will officially open Oct. 18 at 166 North Loop 1604 East.
Santa Rosa, Calif.-based ZAP sells a line of three-wheeled trucks and sedans that travel up to 40 miles per hour. The company also sells off-road vehicles and electric scooters. However, ZAP also has a line of four-wheeled sedans currently under development that travel highway speeds.
