LeaseTrading Joins The Dock Preferred Membership Program
LeaseTrading, a leasing services marketplace, has joined The Dock as a preferred member. The announcement was made earlier this month by Michael Hackman, founder and president of The Dock. The Dock (www.thedock.com) is an online industrial equipment exchange that allows buyers and sellers access to an integrated selection of industrial equipment from 20 industries and thousands of value-added services in an open marketplace. On The Dock, buyers, sellers, and service prividers purchase and list assets and services under their own names in a marketplace that mirrors real-world practices featuring multiple sales channels. Through its trading desk and online trading site, www.leasetrading.com, LeaseTrading has created a marketplace for transferring equipment and vehicle leases from a current lessee to a new lessee. The LeaseTrading marketplace enables direct communication between all participants in the lease transfer process, including current lessees, prospective lessees, leasing companies, credit institutions, and logistics providers. The Dock’s preferred membership program offers unlimited transactions and listings, a personal office tailored to industry-specific business practices and other value-added account services including storefronts, customized home pages where members describe their brands, products and services in detail, display graphics, and links to a variety of marketing materials, contact information, and their company’s Web site.
