LeasePlan USA's Client Services Team Expands

ALPHARETTA, GA - LeasePlan USA announced the appointment of Brian Barber to national vice president, client services. In this role, Barber will oversee the account management departments, as well as the client activation and business intelligence reporting groups.

ALPHARETTA, GA - LeasePlan USA announced the appointment of Brian Barber to national vice president, client services. In this role, Barber will oversee the account management departments, as well as the client activation and business intelligence reporting groups. Prior to LeasePlan, Barber served as eastern vice president, sales and relationship management for CitiCapital Fleet. Barber began his fleet management career in 1993 at US Fleet Leasing as a district sales representative. He then moved into a regional vice president position in which he managed the eastern new business development and retention team. Additional changes in client services include the promotion of Carolyn Edwards to director, strategic accounts. In this role, Edwards will supervise the strategic accounts department, which is the direct interface with LeasePlan’s largest fleet clients. Edwards, a 21-year industry veteran, served as LeasePlan’s regional vice president, sales, prior to her current role. Previous positions held at LeasePlan during her almost 15-year tenure include fleet maintenance advisor, account executive, support manager, and regional manager in client services. LeasePlan also announced the promotion of Jane Jackson to director, client services. Jackson brings 24 years of fleet industry experience to her new position where she will supervise FleetDesk and client service managers in order to ensure complete customer and driver satisfaction. During her 11 years with LeasePlan, she has also held management and supervisory positions within client services. Prior to LeasePlan, Jackson was an account manager for Automotive Resources International (ARI).
