LeasePlan USA has been recognized as one of 10 Chicago-area top workplaces by employees in Chicago Tribune's Top Workplaces in a Nov. 12 story.
The Top Workplaces are determined by employee feedback provided to WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 37 major publishing partners and recognizes a list of 150 National Top Workplaces.
LeasePlan creates an engaging environment where employees can interact and are rewarded for providing excellent customer service to our clients, according to the company.
LeasePlan created several award programs to give recognition of employee contributions. This included the recent implementation of an online rewards program for peers and management to reward employees with points for efforts that demonstrate our core values and exceptional customer service.
