LeasePlan USA has been selected as one of the Top Workplaces for the fourth consecutive year by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the fleet management company announced.
LeasePlan USA has been selected as one of the Top Workplaces for the fourth consecutive year by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the fleet management company announced.
The Top Workplaces list is determined by an employee survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a reaserch firm focusing on organizational health and employee engagement. The firm conducts the program with 40 major publishing partners across the U.S.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution published its Top Workplaces list on March 23.
"We feel like we recruit and develop employees who pride themselves on displaying the company's core values of passion, expertise, respect, and commitment and feel open to share their opinions and ideas," said Mike Pitcher, LeasePlan USA's president and CEO. "This award is a validation that by keeping the employees front and center, we'll continue to deliver on our promise of making it easier to leaseplan."
