Kwik-Fit Wins Sole Source Masterlease Agreement
LONDON – Kwik-Fit Fleet has won a sole source multi-million pound contract to supply a range of fast-fit services — including tire repair, replacement, and management — to Masterlease in the United Kingdom.
LONDON – Kwik-Fit Fleet has won a sole source multi-million pound contract to supply a range of fast-fit services — including tire repair, replacement, and management — to Masterlease in the United Kingdom, according to the Web site http://www.tnn.co.uk. One of the UK’s largest leasing and fleet management specialists with more than 100,000 cars and vans on its books, Masterlease’s new deal has replaced (from Jan 1) a fast-fit agreement with a number of suppliers, including Kwik-Fit Fleet.
Kwik-Fit Fleet has been a long-time provider of services to Masterlease through the company’s 670- nationwide centre network and its 200-vehicle Kwik-Fit Mobile fleet.
Masterlease will utilize Kwik-Fit Fleet’s new Web-based tire management authorization and reporting system, which is being rolled out to Britain’s biggest fleet operators. The new system will allow Kwik-Fit Fleet to communicate directly with its centers and mobile tire fitting vehicle fleet. Masterlease can build its own tire-fitting rules into the program, which can also accommodate specific rules applicable to individual end-user fleet customers.
