Kum & Go Convenience Stores Now Accept MasterCard PayPass

PURCHASE, N.Y. --- MasterCard Worldwide announced that convenience store chain Kum & Go is now accepting MasterCard PayPass, a contactless payment option.

PURCHASE, N.Y. --- MasterCard Worldwide announced that convenience store chain Kum & Go is now accepting MasterCard PayPass, a contactless payment option. In addition to traditional magnetic-stripe payment cards, Kum & Go will accept MasterCard PayPass at its check-out counters. Kum & Go customers can quickly pay for their purchases by simply tapping their PayPass-enabled MasterCard card or device on a PayPass reader. No longer do they need to fumble for cash or hand their card to a cashier to make basic purchases. MasterCard PayPass also eliminates the need for customers to sign receipts for purchases under $25, further speeding up the transaction. There are 450 Kum & Go store locations. "As our name implies, our business is built on our ability to provide customers with superior service and maximum convenience, which includes adopting advanced payment methods," said Kyle Krause, president and CEO of Kum & Go. "Whether customers come into our stores for a quick bite to eat or to fill up their gas tanks, with MasterCard PayPass, they now have an even faster way to pay and go."
