Emkay Inc. announced that they hosted another successful and productive Client Advisory Board (CAB) meeting in Chicago the last week of August. The CAB has become an important tradition within the Emkay family, and the company uses this meeting to not only introduce new concepts and products to a select group of customers, but to also benchmark needs with clients while hearing to their candid feedback and thoughts on everything Emkay.
“The CAB is something we started several years ago to allow us to have a forum to truly listen to our clients and never let up on our goal of building the premier fleet management solution in North America,” stated Greg Tepas, President and CEO of Emkay. “It is their valuable ideas, thoughts, and feedback in general that has translated into our company being at the forefront of innovation in the industry today.”
As a special added bonus, Emkay hosted a visit from Tom Kontos, Executive Vice President & Chief Economist for ADESA. Kontos shared insight with the group about the current market trends. He also gave his unique perspective on the economy and how it plays a role in fleet decisions today.
“We would like to give a special thank you to Tom for taking the time to meet our clients and give his thoughts on the current market trends,” stated Andrew Griffith, Vice President Operations. “He lent an unbiased perspective to our clients that is difficult to find.”
