QUINCY, IL — The Knapheide Manufacturing Company, a full-service commercial vehicle body manufacturer, has released its KUVCC and KUVLCF product lines, which are KUV-type bodies for cab chassis and low cab-forward applications. These will be made available through its 250-plus distributor network. The KUVCC and KUVLCF product lines are extensions to the KUV line with outside-accessible storage compartments, a covered cargo area, electro-deposition prime paint, one-piece side compartment design, manual or keyless security systems, pry-proof hinges, conduit chutes, double panel rear cargo doors that seal into the body, automotive door seals, and smooth advertising spaces. The KUVCC is designed for cab chassis, which can include 4x4s, extended cabs, and crew cabs. The KUVLCF is intended for low cab-forward configurations.
