Tooley assumed the new position on April 4, 2022. She was previously director of fleet strategy and operations for Terminix.

Asplundh
Kate Tooley was named director of fleet services and procurement for Asplundh Tree Expert Co. She assumed this position on April 4, 2022, and is based in Philadelphia.
Cody Bunyard, the national fleet manager at Terminix, is assuming Tooley’s fleet responsibilities on an interim basis.
Previously, Tooley was director of fleet strategy & operations for Terminix in Memphis. Tooley joined Terminix in 2019 after spending five years managing transportation at ABB. In 2021, Tooley was named 2021 Fleet Visionary of the Year by Automotive Fleet magazine.
As the director of fleet strategy and operations for Terminix, Tooley was responsible for providing goals and direction to the fleet operations team for more than 10,000 vehicles with an annual budget of over $80 million. This included establishing performance standards, oversight of existing systems and development of enhancements, and timely execution of key deliverables necessary to ensure optimum fleet availability and utilization. Her responsibilities also included supplier relations and performance management, budgeting and P&L management, vehicle specification/selection/procurement/upfitting, national maintenance management, national fuel program, sustainability and environmental initiatives, and acquisition and integration activities.
