The Jaguar brand performed particularly well in the areas of “salesperson experience” and “paperwork/finance process.” The SSI Study is based on responses from more than 37,000 new-vehicle buyers who purchased their vehicles in May 2005, and measures the quality of the customer’s new vehicle purchase experience.
