Kristin Leary was named director, fleet services for inVentiv Health in Somerset, N.J. Leary succeeds long-time fleet and travel manager Warren Dudek, who retired from the company.

Kristin Leary was named director, fleet services for inVentiv Health in Somerset, N.J. Leary succeeds long-time fleet and travel manager Warren Dudek, who retired from the company.

Prior to joining inVentiv Health, Leary was director of fleet operations - Central Region at Coca-Cola Refreshments. Earlier in her career, Leary worked as the sales services manager for Mars Chocolate North America.
While at Mars Chocolate North America, Leary managed a fleet of 700 vehicles in the U.S. and Canada. She was responsible for strategic direction of the fleet, including safety program development, manufacturer selection, vehicle selection, and process and procedures. She also created a safety program that decreased the accident rate below the national average by several percentage points.
