Internet Sales for Hertz on the Rise at Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction
Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction has posted over $760,000 in Internet sales for Hertz since mid-2003.
Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction has posted over $760,000 in Internet sales for Hertz since mid-2003. Offered to Internet buyers via OnLine Ringman, the Hertz vehicles have been included in sales at the Sacramento facility since July. According to auction President John Brasher, online bidding activity is on the rise as the auction expands its buyer base for Hertz to include out-of-area dealers who participate in the auction via the Internet using the OnLine Ringman system.
“As the industry pioneer in integrated auction technology, OnLine Ringman continues to be the best way to do business on the Internet,” observed Brasher.
Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction plans regular sales for Hertz with OnLine Ringman access for out-of-area dealers. Any dealer registered at Brasher’s is eligible to participate in an OnLine Ringman Sale.
“The Internet is a valuable marketing tool for vehicle sales at the auction,” said Brasher. “OnLine Ringman combines the most proven method of remarketing, the live physical auctions, with all the advantages of the Internet.”
