AUBURN HILLS, MI – Insight Network Logistics (INL) has selected the Nistevo Collaborative Logistics Network as the transportation management engine for VinVision, INL’s on-demand application designed specifically for managing finished vehicle distribution. Combining Nistevo’s planning and execution functionality with VinVision’s inventory management capabilities and extensive connectivity to the auto transport industry gives auto shippers more flexibility and control of vehicle distribution to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.

INL’s VinVision system provides electronic connectivity to major auto haulers and vehicle distribution facilities in North America, enabling auto shippers to track shipments, monitor operations, and control inventory, across the continent, from their desktop, cell phone, or PDA device. Nistevo’s Collaborative Logistics Network is an on-demand, Web-based application that enables shippers to plan, execute, settle, and analyze individual orders and shipments. INL will integrate Nistevo’s application with VinVision to form a seamless logistics system customized for vehicle distribution. The expanded VinVision suite will enable auto shippers to see and centrally manage all aspects of vehicle distribution from end-to-end.
