NEWTON, Mass. --- Innovation Group has launched Innovation Auto, a North American division committed to providing a suite of integrated solutions for auto physical damage. Innovation Auto brings together the assets of SurePlan International and Nobilas, as well as the experience of Innovation Group's successful MotorCare divisions in Germany, South Africa and the United Kingdom. Moreover, the division can leverage Innovation First Notice's ClaimCapture intake platform, as well as the resources across four service centers. Primary services offered include Innovation Group's Managed Repair Network, along with a suite of modular accident management services and fleet risk management. Innovation Auto's network includes 1,900 certified collision repair centers. "Innovation Auto offers carriers, TPAs and fleet clients the unique ability to significantly lower independent appraisal expenses and loss costs while providing a superior customer experience from the inception of the collision," said Greg Powers, chief marketing officer for Innovation Group in North America. "We look forward to announcing new customer and industry partnerships around this offering in the ensuing months."
