YORK, PA – Pennsylvania State Police said Matthew Steven Levan, an inmate serving time for assault in York County Prison, forged state inspection stickers and falsified records while working at an automotive center, according to the York Daily Record.
Levan, 33, of York is charged with one count of felony forgery and five counts of felony identity theft. He faces misdemeanor charges of 10 counts of identity theft, one count tampering with public records, and two counts altered or forged counterfeit documents. Police also have charged Levan with 63 summary violations.
