Hyundai Sets 2016-MY Fleet Ordering Dates
Hyundai will open its fleet ordering bank for the 2016 model-year Sonata and Sonata plug-in EV in May, which will complete its 2016-MY lineup availability for fleets, the automaker has announced.

Hyundai will open its fleet ordering bank for the 2016 model-year Sonata and Sonata plug-in EV in May, which will complete its 2016-MY lineup availability for fleets, the automaker has announced.
Hyundai has now set fleet ordering dates for 15 Hyundai models and the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for the 2016-MY. Hyundai is introducing three new models, enhancing three models, and carrying over nine models for 2016. The Santa Fe Sport is considered an enhanced model.
Ordering began for new models such as the Sonata Hybrid in December and the Tuscon on Feb. 16. The Sonata PHEV is also a new model.
So far this year, Hyundai has opened the ordering bank for the Tucson and Tucson Fuel Cell SUV (Jan. 20); Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and Santa Fe (Feb. 16); Accent, Azera, and Genesis (March); and Genesis Coupe (April).
Hyundai has also announced production start-up dates for nine vehicles; the remaining vehicles have already begun production. The automaker has announced production start-up dates for the Santa Fe and Santa Fe Sport (May 1); Tucson (May 15); Accent, Azera, and Genesis (June 1); Genesis Coupe (July 1); and the Sonata PHEV and gasoline Sonata (July 31);
