Manheim has announced that Harrisonburg Auto Auction in Harrisonburg, Va., placed second among Remarketing Services of America’s (RSA) leading auctions for 2003. This marked the fourth consecutive year that the facility has ranked among RSA’s top three auctions. Harrisonburg Auto Auction received RSA’s highest honor – the Top Performing Auction award – for 2002 and placed second in 2001 and 2000. RSA’s National Quality Control Program ranks auctions using a rating system that includes four categories: sales effectiveness, operational effectiveness, marketing, and on-site preparation.
