Goddard to Retire from PHH Arval; Halliday Promoted to VP and General Manager, Canada
SPARKS, MD – R. Michael Goddard, senior vice president and general manager for PHH Arval in Canada, will retire in late December 2006 after 24 years with the company. James R. Halliday, currently vice president, client relations, will assume the role of vice president and general manager, serving as PHH Arval Canada's senior executive leader reporting to George J. Kilroy, president and CEO of PHH Arval.
SPARKS, MD – R. Michael Goddard, senior vice president and general manager for PHH Arval in Canada, will retire in late December 2006 after 24 years with the company. James R. Halliday, currently vice president, client relations, will assume the role of vice president and general manager, serving as PHH Arval Canada’s senior executive leader reporting to George J. Kilroy, president and CEO of PHH Arval. Kilroy said it was important to retain local Canadian leadership for PHH’s Canadian operations. A native of Toronto, Halliday has been part of PHH Canada’s leadership team since 2003. Before joining PHH Arval, Halliday held sales and management positions with Fundata Canada and the Hollinger Mutual Fund Group. As vice president and general manager of PHH Arval in Canada, he will be responsible for sales and client retention. Goddard will continue with PHH Arval until the latter part of December, supporting Halliday during the transition period.
