GM to Resume Shreveport Assembly Production
SHREVEPORT, LA - General Motors announced it will resume production at its assembly plant in Shreveport, La. on March 28.
SHREVEPORT, LA - General Motors announced it will resume production at its assembly plant in Shreveport, La. on March 28. The company said its employees will return to work at their regular start times.
Although GM stated it continues to monitor the situation in Japan, the company wants to resume production at the plant to support its customers. GM suspended production at Shreveport Assembly during the week of 3/21 due to a parts shortage related to the crisis in Japan.
