DETROIT - General Motors has created a group on LinkedIn, a business-focused social networking site, for fleet professionals to connect with its GM Fleet and Commercial Customer Service team and other fleet professionals.
The group provides an open online forum where you can join together and improve your business. Be part of the community and share information, read the latest news, discuss industry trends and ask questions regarding GM vehicles and services.
GM says the LinkedIn page will allow its customer service team to provide information and answer customer questions.
"When a team member posts a comment, he or she will be clearly identified as a GM FCO Customer Service representative. You can trust their comments are accurate and representative of GM FCO operations," GM says.
GM's Customer Service team is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday.
