Fleetio Adds WEX Fuel Reporting

Fleetio has integrated fuel reporting data to its fleet management software platform under a new partnership with WEX, Inc.
With this integration, transactions from the pump show up automatically for each vehicle, generating stats such as cost per mile and average fuel economy. The online software also uses updated mileage tracking to trigger reminder e-mails for maintenance and other important fleet activities.
Fleetio also uses built-in logic to validate odometer entries from the pump, flagging bad mileages so that users can go back and correct them. This helps ensure accurate fuel reporting.
Fleetio customers can add fuel card integration to any paid monthly or annual plan. The software is also free to try online at the Fleetio website.
