FleetCor Technologies, Inc. and Mannatec, Inc. announce that FleetCor has acquired Mannatec. The Mannatec acquisition strengthens FleetCor’s position as a provider of fleet card issuing and processing services for petroleum marketers in North America.
FleetCor Technologies, Inc. and Mannatec, Inc. announce that FleetCor has acquired Mannatec. The Mannatec acquisition strengthens FleetCor’s position as a provider of fleet card issuing and processing services for petroleum marketers in North America. Since 1984, Mannatec has provided software solutions to independent petroleum marketers who desired to issue proprietary fleet cards. Today, Mannatec provides fleet card processing software services for more than 370 marketers who collectively operate over 4,500 fueling locations throughout the U.S. Mannatec will operate as an independent, wholly-owned subsidiary of FleetCor. The company will continue to be run by Kerry Myrick and remain headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia.
