Fleet Response held a client event in Cleveland earlier this year that was attended by representatives from various client and prospect companies.
The event began with a meeting of the Fleet Response Client Advisory Board. This meeting was devoted to the ongoing development of FleetSuite, Fleet Response's online management tool.
Included in the round table discussion was a focus on continued technology advances. Advisory Board members provided valuable feedback on FleetSuite and on recommendations for the direction of future program capabilities.
The following day, additional guests joined the Client Advisory Board at the Fleet Response corporate headquarters for a meet and greet with members of the Fleet Response Client Services team, FleetSuite demonstrations, and a preview of Fleet Response's office expansion. Following the office visit, Fleet Response hosted an outside dinner event and a live concert by Brother Trouble at US Bank Plaza.
"Fleet Response was excited to welcome our clients and prospects to Cleveland for this event," said Jeff Fender, vice president of sales and marketing. "This event exceeded our expectations and goals of providing our clients the opportunity to meet their Fleet Response team, network with their peers, and enjoy some of the great experiences Cleveland has to offer."
The event concluded with a day of networking at the Bridgestone Invitational golf tournament. Fleet Response hosted over 35 clients and prospects in a villa at Firestone Country Club in Akron, where guests watched the tournament and had an opportunity to discuss fleet management programs with their peers.
