The 534-page book, Analytical Fleet Maintenance Management: Third Edition, describes practical, cost-effective principles that fleet management personnel can use in daily work operations to improve efficiencies, control costs, and increase productivity. This edition features new chapters on fleet management leadership, and fleet facility design and maintenance. In addition, the book's arithmetic formulas have been reviewed and updated.

Dolce also teaches courses and seminars on fleet management at the City University and State University of New York, George Washington University, the University of Washington at Seattle, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
